Collection and Delivery

Delivery
Our delivery charges depend on the weight and size of item(s) you are ordering and the country the item(s) are being shipped to. We will do our best to achieve the best method and price to ship your item. If you want to confirm shipping prices before your purchase please email us and we will arrange a quick quote. Unframed artwork is obviously much more cost effective than items that are already framed. Insurance of the item(s) can be arranged but is not included in our standard delivery costs. Urban Defects Gallery can not be held responsible for any damages that occur during transit. Items are securely packed and use a few different methods of shipping depending on the item(s) dimensions.

A few things for you to consider:
– We ship worldwide once full payment has been made.
– Please allow up to 28 days delivery period once order has been confirmed, especially for international purchases.
– All customs and import fees are payable by the recipient once the order reaches its destination country. This is set by the country you live in.
– We can sometimes combine shipping for certain types of unframed artwork. We will quote on framed pieces.
– Insurance of the item(s) can be arranged but is not included in our standard delivery costs. Please contact the gallery direct for a quote before purchase.
– We do not cover any import charges of item(s) into your home country.

Collection
Collection of fully paid purchases can be arranged. Please send us an email at info@urbandefectsgallery.com and we can confirm when the items will be ready for collection.

Shipping Insurance
Our standard delivery costs do not include shipping insurance. This is dependant on the overall value of the item(s). Please contact the gallery direct to receive a quote before making a purchase through our automated checkout. Please note that we do not cover any additional import costs in your home country.
